100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Please call within 24 hours of your clean if you are unsatisfied.  If necessary, we will return that day or the next business day to correct the clean.

Business Hours We will try to accommodate around your schedule.  Evenings and weekends may be available.

Holidays New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day.

Equipment and Supplies We provide our own vacuum and cleaning supplies.  Our Back Pack Vacs with HEPA filtration that capture 99% of all dust, allergens, bacteria, pet dander, pollen and other pollutants.  We also take pride in using “GREEN” products only that are safe for your family, pets, and Planet Earth.  They are all natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable.

Insurance Go Green Clean Team, LLC is licensed, bonded, covered by Workers Compensation and carries at least $1,000,000 of general liability.

Employees Employees will arrive to your home in a vehicle marked with the GO GREEN logo.  They will be professionally dressed in the GGCT uniform.  Background checks are done on all employees prior to employment.

Home Access Your home or business must be accessible to our employees.  Most customers provide a key that is locked up until the day of you’re clean.

Alarms Please be sure that your security system is turned off on the day of your clean.  You may provide us with the code and steps necessary to disarm, and re-arm when finished.  However, GGCT will not be responsible for alarms set off by our mistake.

Clutter Please be sure to provide the GGCT teams with a “clutter-free” environment to ensure an efficient clean.

Safety Insurance and safety issues prohibit our teams from moving heavy objects or from standing on ladders more than two steps.

Pets Please be sure that your pet is secured if need be.  We will not clean if a team feels they are threatened in any way.  Also, for sanitary and safety reasons, our teams are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal excrement.

Rescheduling There may be times when weather makes it unsafe to travel.  Holidays and manpower may also necessitate a schedule change.  We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Payment Payment is due  upon receipt.  Please make checks payable to:  GGCT.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for any check returned by the bank.

GGCT reserves the right to re-access your cleaning agreement payment every 6 months, beginning on your “Cleaning Start Date”.

Late Fee There will be a $25.00 penalty fee if payment is not made within 15 days of invoice date.  Also, an additional $10.00 per day late fee every day thereafter.

Cancellation If you cancel service or a clean without 24 hours notice, you will be charged $25.00.

Lockouts GGCT is not be responsible to clean if we are unable to access your home or business (animals not contained, dead bolts, turned away ant the door) during a scheduled clean.  It will be considered a days loss to the home or business owners.

Suspension of Service If any of the fees listed above have not been paid in full within 15 days of charge, GGCT has the right to terminate your service.

Collection Fees In addition to any amounts owed to GGCT, you agree to be responsible for all collection and attorney’s fees we incur in seeking to bring your account current.
